Chara is 'B.P' from 1919's 8th Legion and STAND is The [Guardian].
[Guardian] is based on their super awesome pendant.
The original pendant was gifted to Sylvester Stallone but did not make it to filming for the EXPENDABLES movie, however, Sly and Rourke sported other SF gear during filming.
