RC60+/- is an optimum tempered hardness for most "stainless" knife steels.

I saw this on the webpage yesterday and sent Yuu one of those "AAAA SO AWESOME FOR YOU!!" emails. ;) But it seems that he's going to be driving to Wisconsin for the whole week...I hope he checks around online sooner than that. :P
