Anonymous said...: Dunno, I think half the merit of the drawing is on the unusual placement of the hand... somehow, someone supporting her weight on her thumb... it gives the drawing a sense of lightness, even if it is unrealistic.

But then again, I'm probably full of shit.

As for the tatoo... it looks like a stick on. I think just slightly deforming the axe to follow the shape of her shoulder and thickening the lines to match the line weight of the rest of the drawing... and you're there. =)

... Or maybe I'm still full of shit.
