the stars were made with 6 beers, and the paintbrush tool (I have a star brush in my palette...)

I used to wonder about that once in a while, back in the day, but after meeting the guy in person, I became aware that he seemed to be motivated more by an intellectual and emotional attachment Extremely Cool Shit, as opposed to the "Tab A, Slot B" appeal of putting characters together... Not to say that he's completely immune to it. ^^ It made sense to me when I thought about the entirety of his work.
Then again, I have the feeling that you've probably been around him longer than I have, so I may be totally dead wrong. ^_^;;

Oh, that makes sense! Damn, I don't think I even bothered to load the special brushes into my PShop, though I've used them in Illo on occasion. I'd forgotten that the program even had that function. :P
