: D thanks as always for the comments. (BTW what is a <3 ?? A heart sign?)

Yesterday was not that productive as I mentioned.. didn't even do laundry >___<. Started out with pencil and spent 2 hours or something sketching out something that just DID NOT COOPERATE. SO I said screw it and got a bic ballpen and did this in around 30-45 minutes... Came out better than the careful painstaking original work I slaved over.
(Weird how freestyling it goes huh?)

I wish I could freehand like that. I just need to get to know the way my subjects are built a bit better, I suppose...

And it is a heart. I would have shown you what the broken heart ASCII looks like, but Blogger kept reading it as broken HTML code. ^^;; Oh well.

GRRR!! my post didn't get uploaded! >__< I need a RED BULL.

butyes <3 = heart?!? Awesome : ) I learn something new everyday.. I think this will be usefull.

...as for the freestyling its really a hit or miss for me, but I think practice from the "who cares" school of ballpen combat drawing helps.

(that and throwing a lot of failures out to the trashcan) the ballpen gives GREAT underapprecaited effect.

Something about drawing in a medium that you cannot erase is very powerful. Even 3 year old children can understand the sheer power of "not drawing with pencil".

MUWAHAHAahem.. ok ok sorry off to get something to drink now >___<
